Refund Policy

Ivory Cradle accepts returns of unused, unopened, undisturbed products for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. 

If the product has been used for meal time or play time we will not be able to issue a refund at any time due to the nature of the products and being used in mouths and during meals.
